Refund Policy
How refunds work for our digital kits and the done-for-you service.

Digital kits
The International Delivery Dispute Kit and Complete Merchant Casefile Toolkit are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Because access is granted right away, these sales are generally final.
That said, we want you to be satisfied. If a kit is faulty, fails to download, or was purchased in error, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to fix the problem or arrange a refund where appropriate.
Done-for-You service
- Before work begins: you may cancel for a full refund.
- After work begins: refunds are prorated based on the work completed.
- After the organized package is delivered: the fee is generally non-refundable.
Because the service organizes records you provide, we cannot refund based on a dispute outcome — outcomes are decided by your payment provider, not by Merchant Casefile.
What refunds do not cover
- Dissatisfaction with a dispute, chargeback, or delivery decision.
- Records you were unable to provide or that did not exist.
- Use of the product in a way that breaks our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order details and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within one to two business days.
