Organizational and educational tool only

Merchant Casefile provides organizational tools and educational resources. It does not provide legal, financial, banking, or payment-processor advice, and does not guarantee dispute outcomes.

Merchant Casefile provides document templates, checklists, educational guides, and an optional service that organizes records you already have. It is not a law firm, financial institution, payment processor, or dispute-resolution authority.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not promise, guarantee, or imply any particular result in a chargeback, payment dispute, or delivery dispute. Decisions are made solely by your payment provider, card networks, and any other parties involved — never by Merchant Casefile.

We only organize genuine records

Merchant Casefile will never:

  • Create, fabricate, or invent evidence
  • Alter, edit, or backdate any record
  • Hide, omit, or misrepresent facts
  • Help you evade or mislead a payment processor or carrier
  • Submit a dispute response on your behalf

You are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of every record you provide or organize using our tools.

Not legal or financial advice

Nothing on this site or in our products constitutes legal, financial, banking, accounting, or tax advice. For advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the terms of your payment processor, your carriers, applicable laws, and any platform you sell on. Using our tools does not change those obligations.
